Salvador Del Obispo Old Fashioned Apple Brandy

Distilled directly from 100% natural Asturian cider. This cider is exclusive of Caseria San Juan del Obispo Distillation equipment: slow distillation stills (below 80 ºC) that allow us to obtain the most volatile and subtle alcohols, as well as the most powerful aromatic elements. The fresh and pure distillate was transferred to oak from Ohio (USA) and remained maturing and ageing for 9 years (Nov.2002 to November 2011) A coupage of 8 ageing butts was made. All from the same year of distillation: 2002 vintage No additives were added and it was bottled with the alcoholic strength resulting from the long ageing: 42,5% alc.
