Description: Extra virgin olive oil, made with early harvested olives selected and picked in the cool of the night, with milling in less than 5 hours, using mechanical processes, we obtain this pure and authentic olive juice, with a medium-high fruity taste, with a slight bitterness and spiciness. Upon entering the mouth, it is sweet, giving way to retronasal notes of fruit puree and freshly cut grass. The immediate sensations are of banana and green apple. It leaves a taste of green nuts and ripe tomato. It is an extra virgin olive oil with a very striking fruity taste for being an arbequina. It is elegant, complex, and balanced.
