Tasting notes:
It exhibits a fresh pale gold colour and a harmony of aromas reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits, over a background of apples and fennel.
The palate is silky, with good acid structure and a long finish.


Gastronomy:
It can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and with baked fish, grilled or prepared with mild sauces. It should be served at 10ºC.
