Varieties: Garnacha, Syrah, Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Monastrell.


Ageing: in new and used barrels for about 5 months.


This wine is made under the baton of Norrel Robertson, one of the 261 Wine Masters in the world and who is known as "The Flying Scotsman".



Food Pairing: Rice dishes, vegetables, pulses, braised lamb, grilled red meats, roasts, small game, semi-cured cheeses, white meats with sauce.


Serving temperature: Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
