Agromar's sea urchins are collected from the Cantabrian coasts from November to April, and as they are, you will find the roe in their shell when you open this can. Pure wild Cantabrian as the hallmark of the house, pioneers in canning the first sea urchin preserves in the world, very proud and rightfully so.
Paired with cava or white wine, they are the perfect complement. They can also be used to finish fish dishes.
