  • Made with pasteurized goat milk, with specifically chosen cultures to enhance scents and aromas of cake and nuts.
  • With moderate intensity of smell, highlighting dairy notes of cream and butter, and toasted notes of walnut and cake.
  • Firm, soluble, and slightly moist texture, in the mouth, the notes of cake and walnut are enhanced, with a slight hint of goat milk.
  • It is a sweet, slightly acidic, and salty cheese, without bitterness. The aroma of walnut lingers in the mouth.

Pairing

  • Pairs well with white wine, especially Manzanilla, creating a synergy between the cheese and the wine to enhance the creaminess of the cheese and intensify the aromas of nuts.
  • A good pairing can also be achieved with Palo Cortado wine and sweet wine.
