Senina is a nutritional supplement based on medicinal plants that help regularize intestinal transit. It helps the normal functioning of the intestine and facilitates and stimulates bowel movements.

How to use:

Take 1 stick at night before going to bed. Pour the contents directly into the mouth, without first dissolving in water. Recommended daily dose: 1 stick.
