Setacor eco mushrooms vinaigrette

Mushrooms in vinaigrette is a classic of canned vegetables, but the chef Miriam Cozar, has given it a twist and has transformed it into a concentrated perfume of flavor and aromas. A very high quality oil is infused at low temperature so that it does not lose its organoleptic properties with lavender, thyme, rosemary, lemon balm and many other aromatic plants and spices.

Shiitake: medicinal properties linked to heart disease, diabetes or even cancer. Gray mushroom: rich in fiber, minerals and amino acids that stimulate the immune system

Recommended uses:

• Salad dressing
  We just have to chop some lettuce, add the vinaigrette and mushrooms to taste and, if we want, complement with pieces of some sweet fruit like an apple, mango, etc.
• With cooked white rice. We will turn a plain rice into a delicious rice in a few minutes. You can also make a "sea and mountain" if we add to the rice a little fish, some clam, shrimp, etc.
• With cooked white rice
• On toast. Here the possibilities are endless. You can beat the marinade and add fresh cheese, caramelized onion, some tomato confit, etc.
