Shaya Verdejo 2020 - 75 cl

Shaya Verdejo comes from 70 year old vineyards, with very low yields and located in the most southeastern area of the appellation, on sandy soils between a superficial layer of fluvial gravel and a deep clay stratum, most of this white wine from Rueda is vinified in stainless steel tanks where, once the fermentation processes are completed, it will rest for a few months. The 30% of this wine from Bodegas y Viñedos Shaya ferments in small barrels keeping contact with its lees for 3-4 months. Once the coupage of the two wines is completed, this white wine Shaya Verdejo 2019 is bottled, a young white wine that will surprise us with its body and seduce us with its fruitiness.

Sight: Limpio y brillante, el vino Shaya Verdejo muestra un pálido color amarillo pajizo con destellos verdosos. Un vino blanco joven con una discreta lágrima de aspecto glicérico.

Mouth: es untuosa, suave, como aterciopelada, con un paso amplio y envolvente.

Nose: Sugerente expresión aromatica ofrecida por este Verdejo de viñas viejas lleno de matices de frutas exóticas dominadas por un plátano muy maduro y la piña evolucionando hacia el mango con chispeantes apuntes cítricos.
