SHIO Koroneiki EVOO

Koroneiki is the name of the variety used as a single variety in this oil. It is of Greek origin and in its country of origin it is the most cultivated variety. Here in Spain it has adapted very well to our conditions, giving not very high productions but of exceptional quality.its main characteristics are its freshness, smoothness, fruity and also with a "punk" point of spiciness and bitterness that give it that recognizable character. We can find hints of tropical fruits in the mouth at the first contact to give way to bitter and spicy notes later on
