500 ml bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from the Picual variety, harvested in the heart of Sierra Morena in Andújar (Jaén).

Tasting Note

The oil has a light green color, leaning towards lime hues. On the nose, it has aromas of mountain herbs, rockrose, and artichoke, with a touch of nuts like almond.

On the palate, it is slightly spicy and bitter, with a very fine and harmonious flavor. The aftertaste is strongly almond-flavored, with a subtle hint of almond.
