Allergen information: lactose, soy and egg. Suitable for coeliacs.

To prepare it, first fry the onion with the bacon and oil. Once tender, add milk, water, chopped tuna, fish, spices and salt. Then, cook for 30 minutes at 90ºC. Then, we pour it into a container and take it to the packaging area and, finally, we sterilize it in an autoclave for 2 hours at a temperature of 116ºC to ensure that the tuna pâté is free of bacteria.

The tuna pâté is presented to the customer in a glass jar with a quantity of 105 grams. Once purchased, it is ready to spread and should be stored in a cool, dry place protected from the sun, specifically at a temperature between 0º and 4ºC. Once opened, the tuna pâté should be consumed within 3-4 days.
