TOTO Barbadillo is a sparkling wine from Cádiz, made mostly with palomino from albariza soils. It is the third generation of sparkling wines in Barbadillo, the one in which the winery reaches its longest aging Very dry sparkling wine that shows the limestone of the region and that surprises for the freshness, possibly contributed by these soils so special of the Marco de Jerez.
