Tasting Note

Oil with a light green color, leaning towards lime shades. On the nose, it has a scent of mountain herbs, rockrose, and artichoke, with a touch of nuts like almonds.

In the mouth, it is slightly spicy and bitter, a very delicate oil with great harmony. The aftertaste is very almond-like, with a light hint of almond.
