Sobrasada de Mallorca Semirizada es un embutido curado, elaborado a partir de carne de cerdo negro y blanco fresca bien picada, mezclada con sal, un toque de pimienta negra y pimentón TAP DE CORTÍ , que es el que le dota de su color rojo característico y particular aroma de sabor.
