Les Cousins L'Inévitable Les Cousins L'Inévitable is the second edition of the red wine created by cousins Marc and Adrià Pérez in Porrera, in the Priorat region. In this new vintage we have 34% Grenache, 33% Carignan, and 33% Merlot. Each variety is fermented and macerated separately for short periods. Aging takes place in concrete tanks, highlighting the fruit and freshness of the wine. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and berries with a spicy undertone are perceived. On the palate, the wine is juicy, with silky tannins and a mineral finish. Only 13,000 bottles of this limited edition have been produced, which will be perfect to accompany a platter of cured meats and semi-cured cheeses.
