The Hillfort of Valtuille

Intense dark violet color, very characteristic of mencía. Freshly opened, it presents light whiffs of reduction that, with a good aeration, will disappear to surprise us with a range of black fruits (cassis, blackberries, blueberries) and black olives, wrapped by an animal and red meat aroma, typical of the complex wines of Burgundy.

Good, compact and enveloping mouth are three parameters that define this wine very well. 

Serve between 14 ºC and 16 ºC
