La Picaraza is a classic bobal from which only 2500 bottles are produced annually in the family winery of the same name. With 92 points Peñín, this excellent wine spends 18 months in American oak barrels after manually harvesting the grapes, which are grown at 850 meters above sea level on vines over 50 years old in the continental climate of the Utiel-Requena DO.

It is traditionally made in cement vats in the winery, which dates back to 1886, so we are dealing with a wine made with dedication and love. Afterwards, it is bottled, where it develops its full potential for a few more months before being put on sale.
