More information

The Tokaji is among the most famous and valued sweet wines of the world. The great quality of the grapes that are produced, affected by Botrytis (a fungus also known as noble Rot), as well as its complex elaboration and long aging in wood and bottle in deep underground grottoes, lead us to a pleasure Indescribable. The grape berry in noble rot loses its contents in water and the sugar concentrates better than the acids of the berry.

Tasting note by Tokaji Edes Szamorodni

The botrytis creates a fantastic aromatic potential characteristic of honey, of exotic fruits, reminiscent of linden, Acacia, apricot and quince. It is also worth highlighting its longevity, as an exceptional vintage Tokaji can withstand more than one hundred years in bottle without losing its properties.
