Each grape variety, harvested 100% by hand and at its optimum ripeness, is transported quickly to the presses to avoid oxidation, arriving whole bunches and in perfect condition, is transported quickly, in boxes of 25 kgs or small trailers, to the presses, arriving whole bunches and in perfect condition.
