Decription of the product
In the Aragonese Pyrenees there are several salt mines of subway springs and for purity, the one in the village of Naval was chosen. There arises a virgin spring of brine, which extended, by solar evaporation, the salt remains and is collected by hand. We add 8% of fresh ground truffle, mix well and let the salt take the moisture and aroma of the truffle, the excess moisture is removed at night in the dehydrator at 40ºC
