Tasting Note

Arbequina EVOO with an explosion of flavor and freshness, with intense herbaceous and fruity aromas. Olfactory complexity, smooth on the palate, where green grass is the protagonist, turning towards a not too intense bitterness in the throat and balancing with a slight spiciness. Fragrances of banana and green apple with hints of almond, walnut shell, and other nuts can also be appreciated, persisting over time.
