Tasting Note

Arbequina EVOO with an explosion of flavor and freshness, with intense herbaceous and fruity aromas. Olfactory complexity, smooth entry into the mouth, where green grass is the protagonist, turning towards a not too intense bitterness in the throat and balancing with a light spiciness. Fragrances of banana and green apple with hints of almond, walnut shell, and other nuts can also be appreciated, lingering over time.
