It is a wine made with a classic blend, with semi-macerated musts with grape pulp in a cold chamber for several days before fermentation at controlled temperature. A wine that stands out for the cleanliness of its nose, fruit, and freshness, making it an easy-drinking wine. We practice traditional and organic viticulture with a complete absence of fertilizers and chemical treatments. Production: 100% Classic Production Verdejo. Made with semi-macerated musts with burbas in a cold chamber, we then carry out a subsequent fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-17 ºC for approximately 15 days. Traditional cut Verdejo with greenish yellow color with green reflections. High intensity on the nose, with predominance of balsamic (aniseed) and herbaceous notes (hay, fennel), with hints of ripe tropical fruits. On the palate, it is smooth, sweet, wide, and very well structured, as befits the variety, with very good acidity that gives it freshness and makes it very easy to drink.
