Valles de Lavia Venta del Pino 2019

Valles de Lavia Venta del Pino is an organic red wine produced by Bodegas Lavia with 100% Monastrell.

It is a wine of the D.O. Bullas from organic dry-farmed goblet-trained vineyards that are more than 60 years old. The grape selection is made from plots of the area, presenting more clay in the depth with a limestone base with gravel and pebbles on the surface.The estate has 12 hectares of Monastrell bush vines, located in an alluvial valley with deep soils and poor in organic matter.

Complex nose with balsamic notes, scrubland, aromatic herbs of the area and mineral character.

Complex, elegant palate with ripe tannins. Fresh aftertaste with a mineral sensation.
