Presentation
We give you the option to choose presentation depending on the thickness you want for each piece. If your option is to season a stew, we recommend the 'normal' cut. If you want to put it on the stone or grilled, better opt for the thin cut.
This is a fresh product, cut by hand. It does not contain allergens or any type of seasoning, only veal.
Cooking tips
As it is a product that allows so many combinations of presentation it is difficult to advise on it. The only premise that we can give you is that you try to cook it in large pieces, so that it does not lose its juiciness
Preserving veal shank
We recommend keeping it between 1º and 5ºC
Preferred consumption: within 10 days
Tip: ideally, take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before to allow the meat to temper. This way, no matter how little you cook it, the central part of the piece will never be cold.
