The White Wine Veramonte Chardonnay Organic of Bodegas Veramonte, presents this white wine from the Denominación de Origen Valle de Casablanca (Chile), created from 100% Chardonnay grape varieties.
The grapes are harvested overnight, whole bunches pressed, and part is fermented in neutral oak barrels with native yeasts for eight months. The rest is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The vintage developed favorably, with yields within expectations. We had rainfall at the beginning of the season, which was very beneficial for the evolution of the vines. The weather conditions and the wide temperature range between day and night allowed the grapes to ripen slowly, maintaining excellent fruit quality and freshness. This, coupled with careful vineyard management, resulted in elegant notes and a complex aromatic profile.

This wine is born 30 kilometers east of the Pacific Ocean, in the Casablanca Valley.
