To make its wines, Poli Destellerie uses a distilling flask made entirely of copper, which is one of the few still in existence from discontinuous steam boilers. More than 20 different spices are added during the preparation, with shelf flower, sea buckthorn and local plants from the Bassano area being the most prominent.
