The product is an oil obtained from olives in veraison harvested during the first fortnight of November in olive groves located both within the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas and in the countryside of the Loma area. This oil exhibits a mainly leafy green fruity, of medium-high intensity, with subtle ripe tones that stand out, along with hints of tomato, fig leaf, and artichoke. It presents a medium intensity bitterness and spiciness.
