VIÑA TONDONIA was founded by D. Rafael López de Heredia y Landeta at the end of the s. XIX, R. López de Heredia Viña Tondonia is still today a single-family winery, in which the four generations that have directed it have continued the philosophy and the labor and social maxims implanted by its founder. R. López de Heredia Viña Tondonia is also today one of the names that inspire the most respect and admiration among wineries producing "fine wine": the oldest winery in the emblematic city of Haro, and one of the first three in La Rioja. .
