The Vino Tinto Tres Patas Garnacha from Bodegas Canopy, presents us with this red wine from the D.O. Méntrida, made from 100% Garnacha grape varieties. This is a fresh and easy-drinking wine that comes from old Garnacha vines (over 54 years old) in the Sierra de Gredos, located on siliceous soils at an altitude of over 800 metres.
Making: Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature with vatting for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of 600 and 500 litres, 50% new and 50% 1 year old. Not stabilised or filtered.

In this way, the characteristics of the Grenache grape are respected in order to produce the best wines of Gredos.
