The fruit of the rose hip is rich in organic acids, flavonoids, carotenes (provitamin A) and, especially, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) about 3%, as is the acerola, which is extremely rich in vitamin C.
This vitamin participates in the synthesis of collagen, protects against free radicals, intervenes in the synthesis of antibodies (therefore essential in the treatment of flu-like processes), facilitates the absorption of other vitamins.
The recommended daily dose for people from 15 years of age is 60mg, a dose that rises to 100mg in cases of smokers, people living in the city, the use of contraceptives, postoperative processes, etc.
How to use:
Take 1 tablet a day preferably with breakfast.
Ingredients:
90 tablets of 1g with 80mg of vitamin C (100% RDA), 130mg of rose hip with 70% vitamin C, 65mg of acerola (with 15% vitamin C), 500mg of fructooligosaccharides, 245mg microcrystalline cellulose and 10mg of magnesium stearate.
