How to use:
It is recommended to take 1 sachet daily dissolved in water at room temperature for 14 days, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or at the last minute before bedtime (minimum 2 hours after dinner).
The contents of the sachet dissolved in water should be left to stand for 1 minute before ingestion, in order to allow the reactivation of the bacteria and facilitate their subsequent fixation on the intestinal walls. Once taken, no food should be ingested for 10 minutes. After 14 days, to continue providing the probiotics of the intestinal flora, take one sachet a week.
