Xellent is a Swiss vodka that uses two varieties of barley (picasso and matador) grown above 600m in altitude. It is distilled up to three times in small stills of only 400l until it reaches 96º. Afterwards, it is diluted with the purest water from the Titlis glacier in Encenberg (central part of Switzerland).
