We are Pinot Noir Collection.

VINEYARD: From the smallest plot of Torresalas, our first Pinot Noir is born. Almost 1 Ha planted with a N-S orientation located in the coldest area of the vineyard. Vegetative cover and drip irrigation. SOIL: Shallow soil due to the presence of bedrock, with the presence of marl and gray clays. Roots develop horizontally. VINIFICATION: The vinification of SOMMOS Colección Pinot Noir is carried out in open tanks, with gentle pigeage punch-downs. Fermentation is carried out by native yeasts. AGING: Malolactic fermentation in cement tanks and aging for 9 months in one-year-old French barrels.
