Braupakt Blonde Ale

A collaboration beer between St. Bernardus and Weihenstephaner, with 6.5% alcohol, top-fermented with secondary fermentation in the bottle.

It has a somewhat cloudy golden blonde color with a white, abundant foam with high retention.

The combination of two long-standing brewing philosophies come together to blend Belgian hops from Poperinge, near the St. Bernardus brewery, with Weihenstephaner yeast, Bavarian malt, water from Freising, and according to the Reinheitsgebot of 1516.
