White Wine Albenc Menorca 75cl

A very complete blend of up to five different white grape varieties, Parellada, Sauvignon blanc, Malvasía, Viognier and Chardonnay, for this Torralbenc Albenc, a white wine produced in the south of the island of Menorca in the Torralbenc wine tourism complex, an agricultural estate dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries, converted into luxury accommodation, a wine cellar and haute cuisine. This is a young wine without ageing in wood, with just a few months in the same fermentation tanks where the wine remains in contact with the fermentation lees, to give rise to a fresh wine, somewhat sweet, very aromatic and with good structure on the palate.
