Production process: The production process begins in the vineyard itself, through different viticultural treatments with the aim of obtaining grapes with low alcohol content. This wine is made with medium maceration, then the ethyl alcohol is extracted through a sophisticated and highly attentive method to the product. The Win-e 0 white wine is produced only with Verdejo grapes, it is not aged, and it underwent alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
