Inspired by Scottish lands, Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Alcohol Free Gin offers all the great taste of classic gin, but without the alcohol content.
This alcohol free gin offers the same great taste, but without the alcohol content. It is inspired by the wonder of the English country garden, with an essence of rhubarb adding a pleasant crispness and tartness, while real ginger provides a pleasant warming to the palate.
To make these non-alcoholic gins, they use the only rotating cone vacuum column still in the UK. This process ensures that the characteristic flavours and top notes are not lost during distillation. The original Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin is fed into the still and extracted into three separate streams: Water, Flavours and aromas present in Whitley Neill Gin, Alcohol.
At the end of this process, the water and flavours/aromas are blended, resulting in the recreation of the non-alcoholic "gin".
It has been awarded the gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2023.
