Ausas Interpretation 2020

Third vintage of this colossus, with which Xavier Ausàs reinterprets the Ribera del Duero after 30 years of experience. Three are the key pillars of this single varietal Tinto fino: its aromatic purity, freshness and elegant tannins. A red wine, in short, that shows the Ribera character, underpinned by a chalky backbone of fine-grained tannins and perfectly integrated oak. Sublime.

Sight: Color cereza.

Mouth: Opulenta, masiva y expresiva, con un final largo, fresco (notas balsámicas) y elegante. Destaca cierto carácter “cálcico” que le aporta mineralidad.

Nose: Tremendamente pura y frutal.
