Zucchini*(70%) Water Onion* Sea salt Extra virgin olive oil* Fresh mint (<1%)

Processing:

Peel and chop the organic vegetables and fresh mint. Cook them with water and sea salt. When everything is cooked, strain, grind and add organic virgin olive oil. Once packed it is sterilized in the autoclave
